I'm going to spend the rest of the week on simple drawings, gasp. But the Tim book needs a couple of detailed ones, complexity needs variation too.
Posted by eliane at January 27, 2004 08:36 PMHallo Eliane
It's sure that the book will find one reader/buyer. This person is going to buy it.
person Lex (by some considered a mean man)
Posted by: Lex van de Oudeweetering at January 28, 2004 05:50 AMWow, I'm going to make money on you. And don't worry, lots of people consider me a mean woman.
Posted by: Eliane at January 28, 2004 07:47 AMI like the things in the bookcase that come from other golden books. The Yellow taxi of course, and the fireman and the van are from golden books, arent they.
A not worried Lex
Posted by: Lex van de Oudeweetering at January 28, 2004 08:20 AMOne more. Look further.
Posted by: Eliane at January 28, 2004 08:28 AMOnly three I can think of are the pig on the tellie, the bear and the turtle. Neither of them is recognized as such by me. The sketch inside the bookcase, under the yellow light, is too small to be recognizable. I give up.
Bad luck. No thousand dollar. Anyway --- I made it to the final.
Lex
Hoep zei de chauffeur! (What's that title in English?) I used to know that book by heart.
Posted by: Eliane at January 28, 2004 09:14 AMYou mean the truck? I mentioned it, called it the van.
golden greetings
Posted by: Lex van de Oudeweetering at January 28, 2004 11:48 AMawesome! keep it up! It's really nice to see the sketches.
