Michiel is off to Los Angeles. Partying in The Mondrian, lucky bastard. I wonder if Mondriaan would have liked having a Hollywood hotel named after him. But I suppose he would have. Considering his Snow White fascination.

Hum... you have made me miss my golf on TV. I have been reading The Mondrian letters. I have a thousand questions!

Lovely, I miss France. I bet you had a better Canadian tent than most Canadians. They camp in sorry tents. Everybody has to stretch out sheets of hidious blue plastic over them, just to keep the rain out. In Europe it's kind of a status thing, having a real nice tent. Nobody is interested in such a thing overhere. Though people kept whispering, passing by ours; "nice, cool, funny, great..."

Eliane, are you related to Mr. Mondrian?
Did you devlope your tecnech from him?
Did you ever talk with him?
Have you studied him?

Joe, you are very funny.

1. No.
2. No, my technique is very different from Mondrian's.
3. Mondrian died in 1944, I am not that old.
4. Mondrian is Dutch cultural heritage, it is very common in Holland to know your Mondrian. I found the article I link through Google. I knew it existed, in fact, I think I read it when it was first published, in 1984.
