This is excellent. I'm looking for a book. I'm willing to go to the shop to pick it up, but it's raining, and I don't feel like being disappointed if it turns out they don't have it. The Chapters storefinder let's me look up the the store that has a copy: Excitement they have 9 left in world biggest! Great! Let's see when they open: 9:00 AM? I look up the location, they have a map. Don't need that, I know where the store is. I need to know when they open. Something tells me it's arounf 11:00 AM. Turns out Chapters doesn't know either:
Huh? They can keep track of millions of books, but they can't figure out when their own stores open?
